Acrobat 19 cover colors

Call this a placeholder...I may redo the colors by the time the issue starts on drunkduck. It took me a bit to decide if I would color literally or graphically...since I made most everything tones of red, blue, and purple you can see which choice I made. Most of the covers have had big bold areas of color, so I suppose this direction fits more.
